@AskPayPal As you know, Paypal cancelled a $4,800 payment I was making and decided to hold on to the funds. Now you are holding my $4,800 and you refuse to return it to me. It has been two weeks now that I have been instructing Paypal to return my funds. Please return my $4,800!!
It is really a shame to have to message you in public...but I'm not sure how else to get you to pay attention...everyone please be careful before making a payment by Paypal, it's possible they will cancel your payment and hold on to your funds, and refuse to return your money.
If we google "paypal account limited" and "paypal funds frozen" there are literally hundreds of cases of people complaining of cases where paypal took money and refuses to return it. That must be embarrassing for you! What a racket you have going on, freezing people's payments.
