In order for those to actually become testimony, the litigants who made those allegations will have to provide it, under oath in a court of law, in usually a deposition or hearing, from which it can be tenuously considered testimony until its cross-examined to see if it

Actual testimony would be something on the lines of a police report or formal complaint, from which there is none.
