Witches regularly cast curses without thoroughly documenting the conditions for lifting them, as such generations might (unwittingly) suffer under a curse originally intended for just a one person. With that in mind I present CurseChain ($CURSE), audited curses on the blockchain
Now I know what you are thinking: "Sarah, I can't see all the forest witches giving up their traditional methods to switch to Solidity", and I agree, which is why we are developing a new lisp-oriented smart-curses language.
"But what about cursed items" I hear you ask? And to that I answer "Supply-chain management"
We are also announcing a new sybil-resistance mechanism: PoC: Proof of Coven. Before having curses accepted by the CurseChain you will need sign off from one of the TrustedCovens™.
But what about the investors and incentives? Introducing CurseCoins! CurseCoins are tokens that can be used to nullify curses on the chain. Each curse has an associated CurseCoin value, and coins sent to a curse go directly to the casting witch.
"But what about scale Sarah? Is it infinite?" Yes. CurseChain has off-chain sharding: curses can be removed from the chain and turned into shards for the purposes of dealing with people who ask questions about infinite scaling.
"What about the privacy of my curses?" Introducing: CurseMix - a mixnet for CurseChain - targets can learn they were cursed but the witch behind it will be protected by the anonymity set of the mixnet.
CurseChain will be launching a testnet "when the hurlyburly's done", if you would like to contribute to development & security reviews, you should probably just donate to @OpenPriv openprivacy.ca/donate/
