Happening again: CNN just interviewed Sen Mike Lee, asked if he would accept election help from a foreign adversary. A question based on a complete misrepresentation of what happened in 2016. 1/3
In 2016, the Russians, through DCLeaks, Guccifer 2.0, and WikiLeaks, injected information directly into the US political system. Everybody--campaign, media, voters--saw it. Media used it. Even CNN! 2/3
Russians did not send material privately to Trump that he could use or not use. They put everything out there. Media ate it up. Even CNN! So the would-you-accept-help-from-a-foreign-adversary question is pointless. 3/3 End
