In the census case, there is a 2-plus-page #SotomayorPage, interrupted only by SG Francisco saying "Uh-huh." #SCOTUS 
Justice Breyer has a four-page #BreyerPage, interrupted only by single-word interjections by the SG: yeah, right, uh-huh, sure, and yep. #SCOTUS

This case is likely a preview of the DACA rescission case that comes up next term. If #SCOTUS defers to the Ross census memo, the Justices will also defer to the Nielsen DACA rescission memo.
I've long suspected #SCOTUS might GVR the DACA case the day after the last day of the term, in light of the census case. If they wanted to hear it next term, they would have already granted it to put it on the calendar.
