Now that the #MuellerReport is out, Anyone heard from the Trump administration what they will do to prevent a foreign influence operation like this from happening again?
Over past 2 years, I’ve done a couple dozen briefings with USG agencies regarding Russia interference. Always ask, “do you all have this?” A year ago, answer was silence, only in last year seen motion DHS, FBI, NSA, seemingly independent of larger national strategy
State Department has more recently come on board, but still, Kremlin’s operations have been underway for 5yrs. Trump administration doesn’t want to do it, above all because one can’t mention Russia around the President.
