I'm really enjoying the 2020 discussions, the one thing I despise however is the passive aggressiveness about Obama's garbage administration. Joe Biden is the heir to Obama's legacy on both policy and politics and he's going to force Democrats to debate it.

Here's a thread I did on "A Crisis Wasted." I wonder why political journalists aren't incorporating Hundt's views into the race. Reed Hundt isn't exactly a nobody.
Anyway, it's going to be annoying to watch the dancing around as Democrats up and down the party try to segment Biden's shitty 30 years helping plutocrats before Obama from his shitty 8 years in office helping plutocrats with Obama. These legacies are so different!
One other funny part of Biden's campaign is going to be the hollow top-heavy reactionary union leaders who still think it's 1975. Democrats are ideological split, and so is labor.
It'll be fun to watch @KamalaHarris and @JoeBiden each try to grab credit for being tough on banks and also avoid the refusal to prosecute bankers or stop the Obama administration's policy choice to have a foreclosure wave. #ObamaLegacy!
Joe Biden will banish Trump's evil policy of having ICE split up families as a cynical prop to his base, and return us to the days when Obama had ICE split up families as a cynical prop to try and get a deal with Republicans on immigration reform.
I'm just surprised no one seems to have read @connaje's The Payoff: Why Wall Street Always Wins. Jeff was a Biden guy *for years* and wrote the tell-all. The best way to hide secrets is apparently to put them in books.
Another very obvious problem for the RussiaGate obsessives is that Obama knew Russian interference was happening and didn't do anything about it. So if you think Trump stole the election with foreign help it's, well, that too is part of the #ObamaLegacy. Awkward!
