First, what got moved? 272675 of 9041308 tweets (3%) in the original IRA dataset came from the 228 accounts reclassified as Venezuelan. 271970 (99.74%) of these were tweeted after the 2016 election, so analyses of IRA activity related to that election will be largely unaffected. 
Removing the 228 accounts in question raises the "clickbait" percentage (from 4.0% to 4.4%), but it remains a small share of the traffic. The "Internet Research Agency was just posting clickbait LoL" narrative remains demonstrably false.
This analysis of IRA tweets about the Mueller investigation changed somewhat, mostly a reduction in the number of links to ReportSecret(dot)com.
The changes to Twitter's IRA dataset have no discernible effect on this analysis, as the 228 accounts moved to the Venezuela set simply didn't tweet many YouTube videos (less than 1% of the tweets studied here.)
