1. While cross party talks rumble on in Westmin, some movement for @BritishInEurope and @the3million - after meeting with Brexit Sec and MP @AlbertoCostaMP , govt has promised to reply to Michel Barnier to ask for assurances on reciprocal rights
2. Costa says govt must 'insist on protection of 5 million people's rights in absence of withdrawal agreement being passed' - and he'll continue to press PM to write to Tusk to push heads of govt to get the Commission to carve out citizen's rights from rest of Brexit deal
3. Separately, sounds like cross party talks went better today - a long way off any breakthrough, and fair to say expectation is low that there will actually be a deal in the end, but mood seems better
