If Erik Prince got picked up on a FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance) and unmasked during/after his Seychelles trip why doesn't our government have his deleted texts to Steve Bannon and vice versa? Asking for a three letter friend. #NSA
FISA was an outgrowth of Nixon’s abuse of federal law enforcement agencies to spy on hostile (to him at least) political and activist groups. Obama was still President when Prince and others tried to undermine imposed Russian sanctions imposed on a hostile foreign nation.
Prince along with George Nader (who works with Russia, Iraq, Israel, UAE and KSA) also pitched Israeli and UAE dirty campaign tricks to Trump Jr in his effort to gain favor with Trump. Not hostile nations, but again, caught working on behalf of a foreign nation.
The Intercept figures that Prince was pitching lethal military/intel/hardware/psyops deals to at least 15 foreign nations, none of which were approved, vetted or registered with our government. Prince used cutouts and middlemen but was a overt or hidden beneficiary in all deals.
But what is baffling is that Prince would perjure and colorfully flag himself as hostile to HPSCI in which the ancient and decrepit Logan Act was his only legal exposure. Yet he insisted that he was the victim of electronic surveillance. So again. Where are his texts?
Prince's lawyer insists that "no new evidence" exists therefore DoJ will not prosecute. But the deleted texts and Bannon's insistence that Prince is lying "is" the new evidence congress needs to remove his proffer protection. #YourMove @RepAdamSchiff #SubpoenaSteveBannon
