The establishment is using brexit to block Corbyn. They're willing to burn their own house to the ground to do it. In opposition, without a majority he can't dictate what happens, but vote wins give him the only power he needs - to sit & wait for the Tories to implode. 1/
The new brexit date is 31st Oct, w/news of May planning to stay PM till Sept. That gives her chance to delay MV4 till after Labconf, where the danger is delegates could mandate somethin more prescriptive than the current motion that allows JC to simply wait for TM to fuck up. 2/
Critics of JCs strategy fall eerily silent when asked for an alternative, workable plan that could have got us to some other more desirable outcome. Our main goal must be to destroy the Tory party. This is a once in a generation chance. Europe is their achilles heel. 3/
The grotesque imblanace in society, the entrenched elitism & private capital dominance all stems from unchallenged pillars of wealth & power, the glue that holds it together is the Tory party. They are crumbling. They need to drag JC down the brexit sinkhole with them. 4/
The whole rotten system will blow over like a house of cards IF they are forced to own this mess they created. So of course the main plan of attack has been to try and force JC into signing his own electoral death warrant via advocating a do-over of the ref. He's held off. 5/
He can only do that as long as the Party gives him the freedom he needs to strategise effectively. Last year's conf motion was a compromise, tho is greatly misrepresented. If that remains unchanged, JC can just keep demanding they meet Labour's criteria or face oblivion. 6/
Corbyn can live with no-deal far easier than May or most the PCP. In a recent statement he said it "could create a degree of chaos". A revealing choice of words that indicates only a short term and manageable disruption under those circs. 7/
Perhaps JC has been beckoning May towards that ever decreasing cliff edge, knowing if we were to tip over it the resulting schism in her party and the panic elsewhere would all but guarantee a GE, in which he could promote a full unrestrained program of renationalisation. 8/
But parliament is unlikely to let us tip over the edge. When the 31st is near, this time with no more extensions available, they will vote for a GE via a VoNC before they'll allow no-deal to happen. This is the genius of JCs plan. Simply wait. We give him that power w/ votes. 9/
