B) 10 did nothing. No practice

C) 10 spent 1 hour/day visualizing IN GREAT DETAIL them making free throws (sounds, feelings, visuals)
Group B (no practice) made zero improvement

Group A (daily practice) improved 24%

Group C (visualization only) IMPROVED 23%

Delete that shit from your mind, instead
20mins to 1hour a day VISUALIZING IN DEPTH the ACTIONS

Cold emailing clients
Overcoming client objections
Signing deals
Saying no to craving temptations
Having fun in client meetings
Delivering amazing work and watching clients thank you
I do it in the sauna and on the treadmill

First week it will feel cheesy. But like the basketball and darts players these become trained reps

Your brain believes you are the type of guy who wins in biz, handles objections, closes deals, effortlessly rejects cravings

When we experience fear, rejection, pain and also when we sit on our ass all day

We hold SO MUCH tension in the body that dictates our emotions

Behind the neck band stretches
Foam rolling and stretching legs
Neck stretches
Stretching the back

More blood flow everywhere, chest and neck airways opened. Tension and trauma released body radiating with positive abundant energy
Now letā€™s delete that old baggage

Those limited data points your brain references to. False limited data of your failures that donā€™t serve you

In the car while driving somewhere imagine a computer recycling bin
While driving on road alone in the car, and listening to some dope music

Letting out 4-8 max volume YELLS

Each one visualizing those false data points and beliefs enter a recycling bin and are then deleted

I do this 2-4x a week. Sometimes without the visualization
Because the yells feel amazing. Youā€™ll feel your chest, stomach, voice open up.

The airways open, blood starts rushing to the brain

Depending how much trauma youā€™re holding you may even feel a soft pop in the chest and stomach (I did)

Again, studies not woo-woo, ra-ra šŸ˜ŒšŸ§

Fears, rejections, trauma are a call to action

These techniques aid you. You are now someone who takes action
