We've discussed the benefit of various translations before. I won't go back over that analysis right now. I do, however, simply have to offer Lionel Giles translation of these two verses. He is simply at his best here!
Lionel Giles, #SunTzu 6: 9 "O divine art of subtlety and secrecy! Through you we learn to be invisible, through you inaudible; and hence we can hold the enemy's fate in our hands."
I'm not quite sure why, but something about Giles' translation of this verse hits me. I have to guess it's those two words of his, invisible and inaudible. Are you a Harry Potter fan? I'm a bit lukewarm, personally. But I have always adored his invisibility cloak.
Now I'm going to push you! Who remembers The Last of the Mohicans? Who remembers Natty Bumppo and most of all, who remembers the wonderful Chingachgook? Their stories were called The Leatherstocking Tales. Remember? But why? What that name.
Today, we'd likely call those wonderful stories, all five books of them, "The Moccasin Tales." But leatherstocking is a more powerful term. It means: he walks up behind you and you do not hear him. He kills you and you do not know you're dead. Silence. Silent death. Inaudible.
A sniper's bullet travels faster than the speed of sound, 1,125 feet per second. That's a bit better than a fifth of a mile per second. Play with it. It's about 12.8 miles per minute (although normal bullets can't go that far). Or, 768 miles per hour. Silent death. Inaudible.
Funny thing. A Stealth Bomber flies at LESS than the speed of sound, at 628 miles per hour. Whereas an SR-71 Blackbird flies at...wait for it...2,193 miles per hour. That's roughly 2.85 Mach, or more simply 2.85 times the speed of sound. Who knows why? Don't you love Blackbirds?
What do we do when we fight with the other side, in today's political discourse? We yell at each other, no one hearing what the other is saying. Deafness does not equal silence. To be willfully deaf is to choose certain defeat at battle. You must listen for you enemy.

What Master Sun is teaching us means that, as Giles states, you can be invisible, inaudible. So, the question for today, is how? How do we in the #MAGA movement become subtle and secret, mysterious?

The answer has two parts. The first is simple, America First. If you think of our nation's benefit in everything you do, your enemies will have no clue what you are up to. Most of them don't know it, but their goal, programmed into their minds, is America Last, America Dead.
Their goal is World First. A world government where the state solves all problems for all peoples. The year was 1848. The book, The Communist Manifesto. The solution, a global government with all power. The cost, as many deaths as required. The great enemy, Shaitan? America.
The second part of invisibility, inaudibility, is love. We must love our misguided compatriots. We must love all of America. Every legal immigrant, and all those with vast powers we cannot imagine. Even while showing illegal immigrants back over the border, we must love them too.
An illegal life is not, no matter how tempting and alluring, a happy life. There can be no prison-free societies where rule of law matters. When living illegally, you must fear the law and its enforcement. How do you love the law? How do you stand up tall for law and order?
Living an illegal life, you fear prison, at every turn. You fear law enforcement offices of every uniform or department. Fear is the ever-present reality. How is that the American Dream? It isn't. It is NOT love to welcome illegal aliens, while imposing an illegal life upon them.
Love is our greatest invisible, inaudible weapon. We love America. We love American greatness. We love every American of every stripe and color. We are not racists, xenophobes, homophobes, etc. We're not afraid of anyone. We embrace everyone. Love is our weapon.
All you need do is remember, America First, and show up with love, and our local and national enemies within will NOT have a clue about what you're doing. They will be shocked, stymied, blind and deaf. Yes, and dumb too. It has to be said. The Democrats have gone stupid.
The technical meaning of the word "dumb" is the equal of "mute." It means incapable of speaking. Thing is, the Democrats today speak so much drivel, such stupid ideas, so dishonest and disrespectful of our minds, that their words are almost silent. They're saying nothing.
Here's another invisibility cloak, another set of leatherstockings. Speak intelligently, about things that matter, respecting American history, our founding principles, our Declaration and Constitution. The other side won't hear a word. They won't see a point. You'll be deadly.
Take this in as deeply as you can. In actual combat, what does it mean to be invisible and inaudible, silent death, undetectable strike? It means you are undefeatable. Feel the power. Feel the secure certainty. For Master Sun, this is what time in the temple empowers.
Your mind is what makes you dangerous. No matter how mighty your hands and body may be, it is the mind in the temple that kills the enemy, long before hands and body arrive on the field of fight. This is as true for the #MAGA team leader today as for Master Sun's generals of old.
Those wishing for the death of America will not win. They shall not prevail. America is filled with silent, invisible warriors. We elected @realDonaldTrump. We will reelect him. We will regain the House and grow strong in the Senate. But more. We will live up to MAGA.
With our powers of invisibility and inaudibility, we will retake, rewin, reclaim and in every possible way, in every nook and cranny of our nation, we will make America great again. We will leave no stone unturned, no enemy undefeated. We will earn Master Sun's smile.
