For those speculating on who @RudyGiuliani is referring to in Hill article:

"an already convicted person who has been found to be involved in assisting the Democrats with the 2016 election"

It is likely Serhiy Leshchenko. Artem Sytnyk also involved.

She was recalled on ~5-6-19 to DC.

She was schedule to return to Ukraine today for about ten days to wrap up.
