SCL (CA) gets the TAA contract for State Dept GEC to study CVE (countering violent extremism) of ISIS recruiting. Bolton's bloodthirst needs quenching again.

@chrisinsilico @CommonsCMS Literally the same British company owned by an American family (cough) sought to activate militant US voters to spark conflict with military-grade techniques (TAA export control lifted by UK in 2015) while winning contracts in the State Dept to profit from CVE TAA to fight ISIS.
