Were I also concerned, as Gallagher's matching Nineline Apparel shirt-wearing family and attorney were on Fox News, that his prosecution is overzealous and unjust, I'd want those facts to come out at court-martial, rather than making direct appeals for a pretrial Trump pardon

@thedailybeast Not that it’s anywhere near the most important point here, but any news corporation doing even the least amount to appear vaguely serious would fire a show host for using his airtime to plug a series of presidential pardons that he was privately lobbying the president for
