Q1. Dating, exclusively for 5 years, with 1 kid. Frustrated, I asked him when are we going to get married? Him: “When I’m SURE there’s no one better out there for me. I’m still investigating that.” I threw my friendship ring at him. I’ve cried for days. Advice. #SBCCHAT
Q2. Husband and I were celebrating his birthday in the Bahamas this year. The night before we were to leave, I woke up to an empty house. Couldn’t reach him. Went to the airport and HE had tix for him and someone else—and already boarded! Advice. (He returns Sunday). #SBCCHAT
Q3. I do hair, & have a side-hustle as an exotic dancer. Everybody knows—no big thing. My aunt calls me a whore to the fam, etc. Meanwhile, her husband is sponsoring one of my dancer coworkers—the one with HIV. Warn my aunt—or mind my own biz? #SBCCHAT
Q4. Please help. Went out with an AMAZING brother twice (No sex). On our last date, I showed him my new bottle of prenatal vitamins and told him that God chose him for me. He went to the bathroom and walked out the restaurant. I haven’t heard from him since. Help. #SBCCHAT
Q5. Father’s Day is approaching and I desperately want to see my kids again. Their mother won’t allow it cuz I got 2 of her friends pregnant back in the day (they didn’t keep the babies). I haven’t changed, but my HO ways have nothing to do with my parenting. Advice. #SBCCHAT
Q6. I don’t have a big curvy butt. It’s just regular, nothing fantastic. This guy I’m dating (met on Christians Mingle) is obsessed with it; biting it, having me lay across his lap so he can eat food off of it. I’m uncomfortable 😣. Otherwise, he’s nice. Advice. #SBCCHAT
Q7. My son has been dating a young lady, “Queenie,” all year, but decided to take her friend to prom. Queenie showed up at our house on prom night and kicked my son’s ass. Every other day she jumps out of the bushes to attack him so he went back to her. WTF to do now? #SBCCHAT
