THE ROAD TO RWANDA: 6 steps to GENOCIDE:

1. The Hutu militia iinterahamwe in Rwanda started just like the herdsmen AKA bandits in Nigeria before the genocide.

2. The Govt. of, Rwanda headed by a Hutu, tactically encouraged them same as the bandits are encouraged in Nigeria...
3. They have a radio station for easy coordination just like new Fulani radio for coordination.

4. The Hutu militias 'Interahamwe' were supported by the Burundi Hutus just like Nigeria bandits are backed by Niger, Chadian etc. Fulanis.
5.Suddenly before the genocide,guns were mopped up from the innocent civilians by the then Rwanda govt. headed by Hutus.Just like it will happen in Nigeria soon.

6.Then the signal is the sudden assassination of the Hutu Pres.,the genocide that claimed over 1 million lives began
Out of the 6 steps to genocide we have completed 5.

Pray against this bloodshed but be prepared.

Pray for peace. Pray for your family. Pray for your towns and villages. Pray for your ethnic group. Pray for your nation. Pray for West Africa. Say NO to war and genocide!

A reliable source at the Presidency told me that when Buhari/Jubril got back to the Villa after being booed at the National Assembly he sat down in silence for almost one hour after which he pointed to the sky with his right finger and,in deep rage,swore that "WHEN"he comes...
..back in 2019 he will "teach the legislators the lesson of their lives" and "show them who is in charge".He blamed Saraki and Dogara for the whole episode and mentioned the names of APC legislators who he claimed were involved in"the wicked and evil conspiracy to disgrace me"
He has prepared a list and marked them all down for "special treatment WHEN he returns to power next year". If this is really his intention then it is very sad indeed. As they say, man proposes,God disposes.Only the Lord knows who will be what and who will be where next year...

#Nigeria's #GDP growth remains just above 2% YoY in Q1 2019, albiet lower than in Q4 2018.
#Nigeria: Real #GDP continues to grow at slightly more than 2% YoY in Q1 2019 (+2.01%). However, this represents a slowdown from 2.38% growth in Q4 2019, and is still well below growth levels before the 2014 oil price crash.

The slowdown came from both lower non-oil growth (+2.47% vs +2.70% in Q4) and a deeper contraction of oil #GDP (-2.40% vs -1.62% in Q4). It was the 4th consecutive quarter of decline in the #oil sector.

2. The marchers attacked a military checkpoint with weapons and rocks.

I'm on the road most of today, starting with the one that will now be completed in 2021.

However, I think it's important, before I move, to set some things down for the records.
Like I said yesterday, I know that @sgyemikale and his @nigerianstat team are doing a great job, and it's a pity that my tweet from a few days ago took on an unintended colouration.
For me though, it's a duty to make an effort to guide the conversation in the direction I think it should be heading.

It is true that we have an unemployment crisis, and as Dr. Kale's response showed, many of our MDAs are not getting the money they need to work.

#Nigeria the Budget Office put out 2017 fiscal accounts which showed that FY deficit came in at NGN3.8tr (3.3% of nom GDP) and above the 3% fiscal responsibility act. As usual revenues missed thanks to usual over-optimistic non-oil rev assumptions and higher JV payments
But interestingly, capex spending came in a record NGN1.44tr (1.3% of GDP and around 66% of target) with overall budget execution at 87% suggesting some credibility in implementation despite the costs driven by higher drawdowns by Works, Power and Housing
Debt service/revenues printed at 69% (adjusted for sinking fund payments to retire debt 60%) but up from the 47% in 2016. Overall debt tracked higher due to increasingly more expensive borrowings over the last three years - a derivative of CBN tightening.

A deadline to Nigeria to separate its National Financial Intelligence Unit from the EFCC lapsed yesterday, without Nigeria enacting a law that would have done so. The likely outcome of the Egmont Group’s meeting will be Nigeria’s expulsion from the group.
In July 2017, @EGFIU lost patience with #Nigeria and suspended the NFIU because of @officialEFCC's habit of leaking sensitive financial intelligence to the media.

@officialEFCC had also refused to cooperate in efforts to grant the NFIU operational independence.
