.THE ROAD TO RWANDA: The six steps to Genocide

1. The Hutu militia in Rwanda started just like the herdsmen AKA bandits in Nigeria before the genocide.

2. The government of the day in Rwanda headed by a Hutu tactically encouraged

5. Suddenly before the Genocide, guns were mopped up from the innocent civilians by the then Rwanda government headed by the Hutus. Just like it will happen in Nigeria soon

6. Then the signal is the sudden assassination of the Hutu president,
the genocide that claimed over 1 million lives started

Out of the 6 steps to genocide we have completed 5 steps

#Nigeria: Real #GDP continues to grow at slightly more than 2% YoY in Q1 2019 (+2.01%). However, this represents a slowdown from 2.38% growth in Q4 2019, and is still well below growth levels before the 2014 oil price crash.

The slowdown came from both lower non-oil growth (+2.47% vs +2.70% in Q4) and a deeper contraction of oil #GDP (-2.40% vs -1.62% in Q4). It was the 4th consecutive quarter of decline in the #oil sector.

In August 1993, Rwanda and the RPF signed a deal to end years of civil war, allowing for power-sharing and the return of refugees

The report that Benue is host to self-help militias, where a self-confessed member of BH; Tashaku, was recognised by the state as a leader of a vigilante group that hacked and killed scores, under the guise of protecting the people of the state against armed Fulani herdsmen.
I did not seek the approval of anyone or security agencies to write that report, I'm not an employee of any security agency, I'm a journalist. My report is targeted at helping ordinary pple in the streets and those handling the problem or shaping policy, to accurate information.
