Whether in your local microcosm or the macro outer world, there are many people that gain prominence through various means. Some by design, some because their words and actions resonate with the populace, but it all starts somewhere and many start with noble means but ...
...as with the power and larger reach becomes more prominent, these noble means can become replaced by ill intent, whether allowed by the creator or from another outside force.
This ill intent usually happens when the individual sees opportunity in money. The nobility goes out the window in lieu of cash.
These types will still proclaim what gave them prominence because that's what led them to the money, but it's now actually a poison pill devoid of nobility with a new direction, a new thought. Alex Jones is one of them and his sanity pays the price for this dichotomy.
Assange would be another, BUT, and it's a big but, I don't think his intentions were noble to start with. I believe he's always had ill intent in his heart and I'm even more convinced of that today. He's an anarchist ...
It's not your friendly "fight the system" punk rock anarchist, it's a weak man with destruction in his heart. His eyes giveth away his soul.
Point of this rant is to show that people might be something at one point in time, but that can drastically change as circumstances and opportunity change. Be discerning and spend time on your judgment.
