Of late I have been seeing that one of the biggest unsaid problems we face today is lack of #health.
Charaka Samhita defines lack of health as anything that stops u in ur pursuit of the Ultimate.
Health is extremely important to achieve ANY thing in life.
So, going fwd, I will start sharing my knowledge of #yoga & #ayurveda here.
#Health includes mental + physical + physiological health.

Prana is not air. It is the life force or life energy that is carried by vaayu (~air). Vaayu is the vehicle.
Every health condition is a disturbance or disruption in the flow of prana in the human body. Hence, can be healed by infusing right prana.

So I’ve been studying destructive cults recently.... i don’t think the Queer Com is *literally* a destructive cult, but it contains a lot of cult personalities and cult mentality.

When a child, teen, adult is confused abt their gender identity, gender roles, sexual orientation and is uncomfortable with their body, sexual anatomy & sexuality, they might think they’re are trans. As soon as a Dr or mental health pro learns that you’re questioning, they affirm
So from the get go, your feelings are being validated by your therapist & community (reminiscent of “love bombing”) when you feel like the rest of world can’t understand you. So you’re being taught not to question, that you shouldn’t be questioned and your feelings are paramount

There's a bunch of floating around about how 29-year-olds should have X dollars saved. It pissed me of. It pissed me of a lot. And thanks to my good friend insomnia I finally figured out why.
There's an inherent assumption in that attitude that says "Follow the rules and work hard and you will be rewarded."

Am ideas that America is built on. And it's all bullshit. Because with it comes the inverse idea.

"Don't follow the rules and work hard and you will be punished"
And along with that because we are a nation built upon judgement and shame if nothing else is this.

"You were not rewarded. Therefore you did not follow the rules. You did not work hard. And that is bad. And you are a bad person because of it."

They're your boots, your backpack, and your bottle of water. They aid you on your journey, but you're still the one who has to do the walking.

And it can be a lonely road. So find a community to share your troubles with. Lots of people have walked the road before you, and many will be happy to guide you.

Many #writers wander into the craft with an idealistic mindset. I know I did. I thought it would be easy.

It's not easy. It takes hard work and and lots of failure. It takes being knocked down and getting back up. It takes time.

But think about it. If it were quick and easy, what would be the point?

The value lies in the challenge.
