Hmmm, faulty doors & software? Is China making parts for Bombardier?
China's BYD supplied the Los Angeles Metro System and there were lawsuits because of "faulty parts," bolts falling off doors, door issues, etc.

I'd LOVE to know who this "supplier" is:

Emilio Lozoya, Former CEO of #Pemex was reportedly arrested in Spain.

My guess is that it's related to the #Odebrecht scandal since Mexico recently asked Brazil for help with a corruption probe into Odebrecht SA Mexico.

Reuters issued a correction stating it was not the Pemex Emilio Lozoya, but a different Emilio Lozoya.

John K. Morrow of Louisiana, who owned UVC Technologies LLC, was sentenced for stealing more than $2 Million in another #GreenScam.
UVC Technologies represented themselves to investors as providing "green" chemical-free disinfectant machines for medical usage. He made misrepresentations in order to gain investors/money and made promises to investors of big gains.
He ended up using the money he raised for personal and travel expenses.
