2. Now imagine what the media would say if Trump said exactly the same things about undocumented workers, but was somehow losing money on his properties because of them. Do you think the media would praise Trump in that case, and if so on what grounds?
3. Now imagine what the media would say if a Democratic President had the same businesses as Trump and said exactly the same things about undocumented workers. Media would praise the selflessness of such a President who was willing to make a sacrifice for the good of the country.
4. As for the proposition that States with the greatest concentration of immigrants create the most jobs and biggest increase in personal income, that is like saying the States with the largest number of large prisons have the most criminals. You don't say!
5. Where the f*ck do you think the immigrants are going to swarm to? The shitty states with no jobs and high crime? Is that what the crack journalists at Bloomberg in their collective wisdom think? Have these people never heard of "correlation is not causation?"
6. Now I will be the first to admit that immigrants are a great boon to America. I have written extensively on it. But ONLY LEGAL IMMIGRANTS! The hypocrisy of the mainstream media consists in deliberately and deceptively blurring the line between legal and illegal immigration.
7. Furthermore, not even haphazard legal immigration we currently have is beneficial to America. I believe we need to INCREASE legal immigration but only if we make it predominantly MERIT BASED. This enclosed thread covers the topic in much depth.
