Alphabet could spin-off to avoid break-up. YouTube should be its own company. DoubleClick could be reborn independently. Android should be its own company. Just like Instagram, WhatsApp, and Oculus should also be spun-off. This is not that hard.

Alphabet and Facebook will argue that their concentration of power enables their ability to fight fraud and abuse. Also they will say…but CHINA! But if executives were liable for fraud and abuse, regardless of market cap and penetration, they’d purge arbitrageurs and fascists.
