I want to improve my daily productivity. I need regular breaks outside the screen, any life hacks?
My question was more: how to force me to do regular breaks during my working day?

If I sum up we have:
- Adopt a dog/cat
- Drink a lot => pee breaks
- Standing desk
- Pomodoro method
- Gardening
- Cooking
- Get coffee outside
- Regular walks (+ push ups challenge)
- Close social networks
- ...
I will give a try to the Pomodoro method first and I will force me to run more often 😁
