1. I've been a student of the US Constitution for over 32 years. IMO so-called "Originalists" and "textualist" are dangerous frauds. IMO being a member of Federalist Society @FedSoc should disqualify you to be a federal judge because it shows you to be intellectually dishonest.
2. Remember, the GOP that is infested with these constitutional snake oil sales persons, says that you can't charge a criminal like @realDonaldTrump because he's the serving President. Frauds like Barr don't ever try to square that with the "originalist" or "textualist" baloney.
3. If everything has to be written in the original Constitution, where is that written? Trump can be charged in state court and there is nothing that either the Constitution's text or the idiotic 2000 DOJ memo says to the contrary.
