Hmm, I wonder if this is also related to the #Fresenius bribery scandal 🤔
Back in March, Fresenius had to pay a big fine to resolve SEC & DOJ violations of the FCPA. That DOJ announcement did NOT mention China, but Fresenius did agree 2 cooperate w/ many ongoing investigations.
