LRS50 Top 5 Video edition!

Let's dive right in with #5 - @katherineykwu epic annotations on the SEC lawsuit against Kik. This is poised to be a defining moment for the whole industry, and Katherine's annotations are quickly becoming essential for us non-lawyer types.
At #4, we've got @balajis arguing that the likely outcome for social media platforms are to nationalize or decentralize. The regulatory questions surrounding crypto and tech aren't just about whether tokens are securities, but to what extend new power can be coopted by the old.
Coming in at #3 is @TheBlock__ recapping a proposed bill that would simultaneously making trading cryptocurrencies in India severely punishable, while also proposing a state-backed digital currency. It's actually surprising that it's taken this long for states to get here.
At #2 we have @CaitlinLong_'s great prediction thread around the forthcoming Facebook coin. Two of the most interesting predictions to me were that it would be beneficial to the developing world; and that it would provide a "beneficial detour" to broader Bitcoin adoption.
Lastly, crushing at #1 is @jeremyrwelch on the meta narrative shift away from relentless acquisition of data as the oil of the new economy to a real consideration of privacy & data sovereignty. If you want to understand the implications for crypto, adtech, and beyond, dive in!
