1. #CITIC2019 my talk about MVD in STEMI. 50% pts have bystander disease in PPCI. Associated with worse outcomes. Different strategies available for treatment. PRAMI, CUPRIT, PRAGUE, DANAMI-3 primulti and COMPARE ACUTE rcts that have been undertaken @SVRaoMD @gpaymd 
2. #CITIC2019 most of theses trials show better outcomes for CR, mainly driven by unplanned isch driven revasc. Most of these events are trop -ve. Complete trial will be first trial powered for hard clinical endpoints @billgogas @adityadoc1 @Pooh_Velagapudi @DrFerNunez
3. #CITIC2019 Fron prospect trial, most future events in mild lesions. Ffr wont identify these. I predict complete will be negative apart from unplanned revasc secondary endpoint @kamalcardiodoc1 @MusaSharkawi @Heartdoc530 @evandrofilhobr @Drroxmehran @rwyeh @CaraCarahendry
