How To Kill Your Cravings In 6 Steps (Thread):

Cravings are essentially caused by having a sweet tooth, and are exacerbated when you start to reduce calories.

They make it VERY hard to lose fat with ease, which is what my IF system promotes.

Here's how to get rid, for good:
#1) Start Fasting

Two reasons:

1) This trains your brain to go WITHOUT, which is what you are biologically wired to do as a hunter. You didn't succeed every single time you went out as a caveman, and modern-day life has this completely backwards - life is just TOO EASY.

2:
2) You'll also end up saving more calories for the evening, which is when most social occasions occur, and most people tend to fuck up their diets. Having a 'calorie buffer' here, allows you to enjoy the occasion and be less likely to go on an uncontrollable binge.

Next:
#2) Eliminate Junk Food From Your Life

All junk food is addictive. It's designed to be that way.

Sweets
Chocolate
Take-aways
Jam
Spreads
etc.

Get them out of your cupboards, and start COOKING meat & veg for yourself, rather than eating out all the time.

Take control.

Next:
#3) Drink Black Coffee

As far as killing your cravings, nothing is better than black coffee.

Bitter is better.

It not only blunts your hunger, but it also kills any sweet tooth you have - making it FAR easier to eat less calories over time, and regain control of your diet.
#4) Never Add Sugar OR Sweetener

This is one a lot of people keep messing up on.

BOTH will fuel your sweet tooth.

Don't add either to your tea/coffee. Don't add any while cooking (otherwise you're just as bad as the chefs). If you do, you're adding fuel to the fire.

Next:
#5) Start Taking Magnesium

About 400mg per day should do it.

2 reasons:

1) A magnesium deficiency will probably manifest as cravings
2) Magnesium helps you sleep

Which leads me onto:
#6) Sleep 7+ Hrs Per Day

Tiredness = guaranteed cravings.

Not good.

The 'Grind/Hustle' lyfe might be good for short-term productivity, but it's HORRENDOUS for health, strength, appearance, fat loss, cravings, appetite etc.

Next:
#7) Brush Your Teeth

Huh?

Yep, brushing your teeth is a great way of saying:

1) 'Go away cravings'
2) 'It's time for bed'

Brush your teeth, and you will soon forget about those biscuits (which you shouldn't have in anyway!)

Finally:
If you're ready to get to 7-15% bf and STAY there, getting chiselled:

+ Abs
+ Jawline
+ V-taper
+ Chest
+ Shoulders
+ Back
