And NOLA is not the only city where Black children make up literally 100% of the children going to jail & prison. The same is true of Pittsburgh - part of Allegheny County - where 17-year-old Antwon Rose was killed by police officer Michael Rosfeld, then acquitted of his murder. 
In 2016 and 2017, in Pittsburgh, despite making up just 20% of the population, more than 80% of children charged as adults were Black, and 100% of all children sentenced to jail or prison were Black. theappeal.org/in-pennsylvani…
