Wrinkle: On Friday, ex-Trump Ocean Club Panama's majority owner complained Trump wants to mark all discovery files "highly confidential" or "confidential."

Just got off the phone with chambers:

All proceedings are presumed to have public access. If there were an attempt to close the court for an informal conference, that would be disclosed publicly in advance and press would have the opportunity to oppose.
UPDATE: Judge set a conference in this matter for July 17, also known as Mueller testimony day.

BREAKING: @TheJusticeDept confirms that, while they have "been asked to reevaluate all available options," they are NOT adding the citizenship question back to the #2020census at this time and will reveal next steps by July 5 at 2 p.m.
The DOJ and Commerce "have now been asked to reevaluate all available options" following the SCOTUS decision and whether the ruling "would allow for a new decision to include the citizenship question on the 2020 Decennial Census."

This single tweet prompted two U.S. federal judges presiding over census litigation in to convene emergency conferences, one of which is starting now.
What a time to be alive.
To clarify, the first federal judge convened the emergency conference. The second announced he would convene an emergency conference depending on what happens during the first.

This is a soon to be relevant overview, as I am sure the SCO is following the money surrounding Trump’s Ocean Club Panama aka Ivanka’s “baby.”

Likely Cohen & Weisselberg have been questioned extensively regarding Trump Panama.
