Cheryl Mills signed a “Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement” on 1/29/2009

Wow. Jacob Sullivan and Cheryl Mills had Original Classification Authority which means they had the authority to declassify in “certain situations” pretty sure they testified otherwise, whatever they both had immunity..

UNBELIEVABLE! The State Department was prepared to take action against those that mishandled classified info but didn’t want to interfere with @FBI criminal investigation, requested written confirmation of when they could proceed. They also let FBI decide what Congress could see

President Obama’s Counsel refused release of documents including whatever was in this fax to Brennan. DIF= denied in full... but sure, Obama only heard about it on TV.

Names redacted but this was on and off again security clearance of those on Hilda’s staff.

CIA withheld 115 pages. SMH.
