1/ The judgment in last week's "Tommy Robinson" case is now published: judiciary.uk/wp-content/upl…
A couple of points.
2 The judges find "Tommy's" account of events highly implausible. Reminder: he has previously been convicted for fraud.
3 Defence lawyers attempted to use the "Robinson" broadcast to get the jury discharged. His behaviour could have scuppered the trial. So much for his purported claim to be doing this for the victims.

The BBC's defence of glamourising a far right extremist with links to the Christchurch killer makes no sense on its own terms. The Nazis wore Hugo Boss.
This goes for any media going down the "look at the well dressed extremists" line. Reminder of when the Sunday Times did it, and I broke my no-swearing rule:

So #NoDeal holds No Fear for 3 of the remaining 6 Tory contenders? They assume such bravado gives leverage against the EU.

Perhaps now wd be a good time to check on how prepared UK is compared to the EU, which published its latest update this week.

There are only 3 possible outcomes: No Brexit; Deal; No Deal.
Little sign yet of a 2nd ref.
Deal comes thru UK ratifying #WithdrawalAgreement.

No Deal = if UK fails to do so
+ there is EITHER (i) no UK request for an extension
OR (ii) no unanimous EU27 approval for one.

#NoDeal requires legislation [unless it really is apocalypse they're after].

EU Commission’s tally: 18 out of the 19 legislative proposals needed to prepare for Brexit have been adopted (19th due this month).
+ 63 non-legislative acts adopted. Doesn't see a need for more.

So understand that, as I think @Mij_Europe first mentioned, the focus of meetings is on examining texts that might "entrench" whatever promises Labour get from Tories in this negotiation - and the current focus of this is in text of Withdrawal Agreement Bill. /2
@Mij_Europe It goes without saying that all this is moot if Tories and Labour cannot agree a deal. And with Labour digging in on Second Referendum requirement and Tories spooked by Brexit Party and prospects of customs union deal...it's hard (to put it kindly) to see how a deal happens/3

Hardly heard of them? They work pretty much perfectly. And working perfectly isn't news. So they get ignored. Like your bowels, or, indeed the EU
The 2000-odd volume European Standards library of how-to-do-stuff is set by c50,000 people working with the Standardization Committee (CEN)
