What's perceived as weakness in JC is a refusal to let them dictate his agenda. 2/
The chance afforded by brexit to split the Tories in half is real, rare & imminent. If JC retains the whip till brexit is resolved Tingers cannot come out unscathed. They'll either have to vote FOR makin a JC gov more likely or break the whip, enabling Tories & losing all cred 3/

We decided to take a look at the accounts retweeting the 2020 Democratic primary contenders, beginning with @TulsiGabbard. We examined retweets of Gabbard's tweets from 2/13 through 2/23, and found 21860 accounts that retweeted her in that timespan.

We downloaded the profile information as well as the most recent 200 tweets from each account that recently retweeted Gabbard. This chart shows the primary languages the accounts use. 92% are in English; Spanish and Hindi are a small but notable portion.
Here are the hashtags most frequently used by accounts that retweet @TulsiGabbard. There's some interesting variety here: #GreenNewDeal and #MAGA both turn up, along with #GiletsJaunes/#YellowVests and various Venezuela, India, and Syria-related hashtags.

(Thread) To all @UKLabour candidates in the upcoming May local elections:

Unfortunately I will not be able to vote for you as a representative of the Labour Party; this is despite having been a #Labour voter myself in the past. Please allow me to explain briefly my reasons why.
After the sacking of Owen Smith, I cannot vote for @UKLabour in any shape or form at the moment due to Jeremy Corybn's approach towards #Brexit which I view as highly undemocratic and contradictory to what the Labour party is meant to stand for ("for the many, not the few"?).
The attitude towards #Brexit by @jeremycorbyn and other hardcore Brexiteers like him really is now bordering on the fascist, something I find deeply disturbing. It seems that dissenters are being crushed.
