It's official:

Congress members receiving taxpayer money to write laws did not ask Mueller whether current statutes permit Gates, Manafort, or anyone to share internal polling data w/ someone they know to be a foreign agent.

To be clear, Rep. Lofgren asked Mueller about the acts in this exchange. Nobody, so far as I heard, asked about whether existing statutes cover those acts.

Questions nobody seems to have asked:

What are the addresses of the context-free images of urban decay—sourced to a Twitter pundit—that Fox News fed to a U.S. president to denigrate a city, its predominantly black residents and a civil rights leader?

Who owns those buildings?
Somebody is responsible for the squalor in that decontextualized footage, and it’s not Rep. Cummings.

Remember when Trump disseminated a racist video of a killer before the midterms, and it turned out the killer was freed by Arpaio?
The fact that upsetting images with no identifying information about what they represent can dominate our news cycle for days in a row without such foundational questions being asked is a failure of journalism.

The narrow majority who accept empirical reality are framed in the poll as dissenters.
That phrasing is a direct quotation from Morning Consult’s dispatch on the poll.
In fairness, the question is not a model of clarity. This appears to ask about the respondent’s belief rather than Mueller’s. morningconsult.com/wp-content/upl…

1 Kush casually downplayed Russia’s attack on America. Instead of echoing Mueller’s “sweeping & systematic”, he called it “a couple of Facebook ads”. A huge lie. Mueller said the ads alone may have reached 126 million ppl. Kush was projecting just like his criminal father in law.
2 Kush knows. So does Mueller. He just didn't prove it yet.“The Office could not reliably determine Manafort’s purpose in sharing internal polling data w/ Kilimnik during the campaign period..the Office could not assess what Kilimnik (or others he may have given it to) did w/ it”
3 Having spent years in tech & telecom- voice, data, video- I can say w/ high confidence, the polling data was a key component to building a database of Americans. A clean database was necessary to effectively design, target & purchase FB ads. More here.

Is there no time restriction for assigning committee members? Is there some kind of reprimand available for @GOPLeader's & @senatemajldr's obstruction by refusing to appoint Congress members to @HouseIntel? Can @RepAdamSchiff overrule to send transcripts to #Mueller?

I mean seriously @GOP KNOWS (we ALL know) that MOST of the witnesses perjured themselves during testimony. They KNOW #Mueller can charge them as soon as he gets those transcripts. This is PURPOSEFUL delay & obstruction of justice. @DonaldJTrumpJr @jeffsessions @jaredkushner

It's WORSE b/c they KNOW the "president's" campaign staff & his family have legitimate legal liability. Which includes some DIRECTLY (like @DevinNunes #WHrendezvous)

Can @RepAdamSchiff subpoena him or @mike_pence since they were senior transition members? #NoOneIsAboveTheLaw

My favorite part so far (paraphrasing): OK, so Manafort shared [presidential polling data] with Kilimnik. But why assume he lied when he failed to tell Mueller? He just forgot! He was so busy! After all, he was running a US presidential campaign. He can't remember EVerything. lol
Not only is NO COLLUSION a big lie. There’s so damn much collusion, it’s more like TREASON. We learned today 1) Manafort met Russian agent Kilimnik in Madrid during campaign, 2) Paulie shared polling data w/ him, & 3) They discussed “Ukrainian peace plan.” While Russia attacked.

Manafort filing is not properly redacted & one section mentions:

"the Government’s allegation that Mr. Manafort lied about sharing polling data with Mr. Kilimnik related to the 2016 presidential campaign."
Kilimnik not only worked with Manafort, he also formed a company in 2015 with Sam Patten, who was a contractor for Cambridge Analytica

There's no evidence Kilimnik worked with Cambridge Analytica, but why would Kilimnik review US election polling data?...
Another redacted section of the filing notes "Manafort “conceded” that he discussed or may have discussed a Ukraine peace plan with Mr. Kilimnik on more than one occasion"
