Wherein a man accused of sex with minors who represented a man accused of sex trafficking of minors makes the case that if a minor can get an abortion without parental consent (not legal everywhere, btw), she can have sex with old men, too, and it's a "constitutional right."
And here is a citation, for all the folks who will claim Dershowitz is blameless.

Didn't they every look at what it is?
Medicare has parts A, B. C and D.
Everyone has to buy a plan in addition to what the government provides.
So this is actually exactly #Medicare--for all....
Parts A, B, C and D. Parts A & B are known as Original Medicare. This is the most basic coverage you can get. Parts C & D are available through private health plans. They're both ways to enhance your health care coverage if you want more than what Original Medicare offers.

It should not be legal to buy a weapon of war that can shoot 15 people in under a minute.

Franchise Tax Board v Hyatt is the sleeper abortion case you have not heard about. Because, of course, it is not about #abortion.

But the decision - and HOW it is reached - is going to determine how the incoming wave of abortion cases are going to be resolved.

The FTB case came from a tax dispute. A former resident of California sued the California Franchise Tax Board in a Nevada state court, claiming that it had done him all manner of wrongs in investigating his purported tax liability.

California does not want to be sued in another state’s courts. The current law, decades old, allows such suits.

The case has nothing to do with abortion, but everything to do with how to overturn precedent.

2/8 No warning, just suddenly died? Had sex, got a woman pregnant, she died because of a coathanger abortion, and dropped dead immediately?
