JUST IN: In a new filing, prosecutors are seeking a late October / early November sentencing for FLYNN, saying his cooperation "has ended."

Flynn's legal team says they're still battling for security clearances and need much more time. Don't have a sentencing timeframe in mind.
Flynn's lawyer, Sidney Powell, says the government has refused to grant her team security clearances to review transcripts of Flynn's Kislyak calls and his DIA briefings about his foreign contacts/travel.

Prosecutors say they've provided everything relevant to Flynn's defense.
NEW: Prosecutors and lawyers for FLYNN are at an impasse over whether he's ready to be sentenced.

Flynn's team says it needs" significant" time and access to classified materials. Prosecutors, more or less, say that's BS.

-S. P. Maloney (said he'd vote for it if it comes up)

NOTE: Our count is slightly higher than some others because we believe it's correct to include Democrats who said they would vote "yes" on an impeachment inquiry if it comes up -- but aren't necessarily in favor of that course.

That includes S.P. Maloney, Bass and Pallone.
At the end of the day, a commitment to vote for an impeachment inquiry or impeachment itself is as much an indicator of support -- maybe even more so -- than stating an opinion in a press release or tweet.
