To be clear, I will write anything (within reason) that you ask. From “Thanks for everything” to “I’ll never forget that one night together in Paris” to “You’re just a better person than me.” Hate-purchases are welcome. They’re kinda preferred if I’m being honest. (2/18)

You may notice once you look at the schedule a lack of Fox News bookings. I NOTICED THIS AS WELL.  Based on the usual reactions I get from with on here, I’d bet there are a few guesses as to why. Let’s take a look. (4/18)

Camp 1: “They don’t care about you. They don’t know who you are. You’re irrelevant and they don’t book irrelevant people. We get it. You don’t like Trump. Get over it, no one cares.” (5/18)

Camp 2: “They’re not snubbing you and you know it. The problem is you’d get owned and now you’re blaming Fox over the fact that you’re scared to go on there and your audience is really just liberals.” (6/18)

Camp 3: “They can’t handle your charisma.” (7/18)

Camp 4: “FOX NEWS IS A WHITE SUPREMACIST ORGANIZATION AND THEY CAN’T BRING YOU ON BECAUSE IT INTERFERES WITH THEIR 24/7 STATE PROPAGANDA PROGRAMMING!” (8/18)

Camp 5: “I just want to know when to set my computer to screen record so I can make embarrassing gifs of you.” (9/18)

I can’t imagine there’s much I can do to get Camp 1 & 2 to you know... read the book before determining what it is but then again, that mentality is partly why I wrote it.

Camp 3? Fair af.

Camp 4, thank you for passion.

So why was this worthy of a quick thread? Because assuming Camp 1’s view of irrelevancy is incorrect, it’s hard not to think this is about difficult conversations that people just don’t want to have. (11/18)

This isn’t the entire right, to be clear. I’m going on Beck, Jonah Goldberg, Ben Shapiro, Matt Lewis, Dennis Prager (ikr?) & and my interview with Carol Roth just dropped yesterday. (12/18)

I’m not looking to milk this imaginary cash cow of being a dirty “both-sideser”.  I really would like to talk. And debate. And even argue if necessary. (13/18)

Lotta bridges burned these last few years. If there’s a chance we can rebuild them It requires confronting criticisms we all have for each other & being ok with it & capable of talking it out. And if we can’t agree, then just going out & having a pizza together. (14/18)

I don’t care if it’s Fox News, MSNBC, The Hello Kitty Podcast, or The Make Communism Great Again Show. I don’t care how much we disagree or how volatile it’s gotten at times between us. If you are willing to talk about this topic, I’d love to have the conversation. (15/18)

I’d like to start working toward a world where we are more than our disagreements. Part of getting to that world involves ending the notion that we are at war. Or, if we are at war, discussing how we can pull us back from the brink. (16/18)
