Been thinking a bit about Bernie Sanders complaint that he doesn't get a fair shake from the media. Here's a 2016 report by the Shorenstein Center that showed the opposite: Sanders received unusually positive coverage - both personally and on issues shorensteincenter.org/pre-primary-ne… 
In 2016, Sanders and his supporters regularly complained about media coverage too. They spoke of a "Bernie blackout" as they are doing now. In reality, Sanders received far more positive coverage than Hillary Clinton nytimes.com/2016/02/24/us/…
I get that complaints about the media are endemic to presidential campaigns, but Sanders is a particularly frequent offender - and his complaints are largely without substance
There is no requirement that the media covers Sanders campaign - and the issues he advocates - in the manner he prefers.
And frankly Sanders complaints that the media is biased against him; that the DNC was against him; that the 2016 Dem primary was rigged against him (none of which are true) are tiresome. And they are destructive as well
