A fair and accurate analysis of the electoral demographics, but it does leave out an important trend:

Donald Trump is winning fewer and fewer White voters to the GOP, despite the talk, from detractors and fans, that he’s a “White Nationalist.”

In 2016, Trump won a *smaller* percentage of the White vote than Mitt Romney. Romney was defeated; Trump was victorious by winning *different* Whites: people in the Midwest, who were previously apathetic or voted for Democrats.
2016 was a miraculous electoral college victory, but whether it represents a sustainable strategy is dubious, to say the least. In the 2010 “Tea Party” midterms, the GOP won some 65% of Whites. It won 55% in 2018.
