We did a deep dive into those creepy "Amazon FC Ambassadors" that defend the honor of Amazon and Jeff Bezos to anyone criticizing them on Twitter:

Here's a spreadsheet listing out every "Amazon FC Ambassador" account we've found, in seven countries. Feel free to add new ones that you find too!
Thanks to @IgorBrigadir
for help in finding many of these: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d…
Amazon started this program last year by recruiting warehouse workers to defend the honor of one of the world's largest corporations against (credible) accusations and reports of horrific workplace conditions. See a @TechCrunch article on it from last year techcrunch.com/2018/08/23/wha…
It's not like there are hundreds and hundreds of these ambassador accounts, but there are some pretty active ones. They're not too hard to identify -- here are the search strategies we used to build a Bezos Brigade roster.
While most of these accounts follow absolutely no one, some ambassadors made it pretty easy to find their colleagues. Thanks Ruben!
All of these "Ambassadors" use Sprinklr to send out their tweets, -- this is an enterprise marketing platform. We figure that they all get logins for this on company laptops/PCs in the warehouses. Maybe some "ambassador" tweets are sent from a corporate office, but probably not.
Amazon is nothing but frugal with these accounts, as they apparently re-use and re-animate the accounts from former "ambassadors". Which leads to things like this.
While most of these "Amazon FC Ambassadors" post boring tweets about how much they love loading up palettes, you occasionally get some truly dystopian stuff. We can't imagine that this whole ambassador thing will keep going for much long, because who in the world OKed this idea?
much longer*
Amazon wanted to let everyone know that they're happy to give you tours of their warehouses, by the way.
