Guys, in this scenario, which has been proposed repeatedly today, the child of non-citizen parents serving abroad wouldn't automatically be a U.S. citizen either before today's policy change or after it.

That didn't change with the new policy.
Now, in that circumstance, where a child is born abroad of two LPRs (or even an LPR and a non-resident alien) serving in the military, the child might later be able to become a citizen depending on whether or not the U.S. citizen parent naturalized.
I know you guys want to see Stephen Miller's hand at work in everything. And he is a suppurating camel's ass of a person. But the new policy rule just doesn't do what you fear it does.
I get it. Everyone is spring-loaded right now.

Is this about birthright citizenship? (It's not.)
Is it about preventing the children of immigrants from running for president? (Uh, very no.)
WHAT ABOUT TED CRUZ? (Please kill me.)
