I'm not sure. Either there are more memos than the SSA whistleblower initially turned over to the IG.... [now actually published].... OR Agent David Archey was exaggerating what was in those memos.
My hunch is the former.

If I go on the assumption that Archey had no idea a whistleblower had turned over seven Comey memos to the IG (which seems likely)... Then Archey would be describing a totality of memos that he has knowledge of.
Thus a difference.

In addition, a political weasel like Comey would likely take copious notes as CYA type of stuff. Akin to Susan Rice's email to self.
