In a very last minute filing today, the admin put forward the idea of not just rewriting the Flores Agreement to better suit their "deterrence through Cruelty" agenda, but of terminating the entire Agreement altogether.

Reason given: insufficient protest.

As is the intimation, in the graphic below, that because something (like a child's incarceration in a detention facility) will end *at some point, eventually*, it cannot be considered indefinite.

Indefinite: adj., meaning no FIXED endpoint, JFC
