Extremely useful tool from @NewConstructs: they have a pre built DCF you can reverse engineer. Forecast 1 is pre populated & tells analyst "what you need to believe" for stock to be fairly valued. Put my own edits in for Forecast 2, including changes to discount rate. 
@NewConstructs I like to build these myself, but this is a good iteration tool if you have to work on a lot of names. For DPZ, takeaway here is if co grows revenue over next 3 years consistent w prior 5, stock is fairly valued right now. Assuming no other changes in margins, NWC, etc.
@NewConstructs Same analysis but for ICE. I gave mgmt benefit of doubt re future margin accretion in Forecast 2. You can look at this & see the market is essentially viewing ICE's revenue growth as already in perpetuity / terminal, ie its not going to grow as it has in the recent past.
