A draft resolution to define the impeachment investigation into President Donald Trump is public.

@CourthouseNews For a proper investigation to proceed, the four bullet points:
- Chairman assigns a full committee or subcomm hearing to present investigation information
- If a witness is asked to testify, lawmakers given an additional hour to question, equally split between maj. and minority
- Info obtained through letters, subpoenas, deposition, interviews re: impeachment probe can be deemed "in executive session" meaning it could be closed to the public
- POTUS own attys can respond in writing to any information or testimony Congress receives during open sessions, for info that is not public, after the chairman consults w/ranking member on committee, POTUS can then be invited to review and respond.

The bills up for consideration were holdovers from before recess but with mass shootings continuing in the U.S. unabated, fervor to pass legislation is equally steady.
Up for mark-up today:
HR 1186 or the Keep Americans Safe Act. If passed, it would regulate large capacity ammunition feeding devices, like magazines or belts, thereby making it illegal to own, import or sell them.

BREAKING: The House Judiciary Committee is preparing to take its first formal vote to define what Chairman Jerry Nadler calls an ongoing “impeachment investigation” of President Donald Trump, according to multiple sources briefed on the discussions. 1) politico.com/story/2019/09/…
The panel could vote as early as Wednesday on a resolution to spell out the parameters of its investigation. The precise language is still being hammered out inside the committee and with House leaders. A draft of the resolution is expected to be release Monday morning. 2)

Yes, evidence started to surface in mid-2016, specifically June 14, 2016, that constructed story by CrowdStrike on Sussmann's suggestion, who later participated in the Crossfire Hurricane investigation itself. Of course.

Well, here's another one, by Buzzfeed, no less. They KNEW that Trump worked WITH the FBI, yet they participated in the conspiracy against him to frame him as the guilty one.
