Recently, Chairman @LindseyGrahamSC and Ranking Member @SenFeinstein's bipartisan bill to keep dangerous drugs off the street passed the Senate.

The current temporary scheduling order, which keeps fentanyl-related substances illegal, is set to expire on February 6, 2020.
Now, it's up to the House of Representatives to pass the bipartisan Temporary Reauthorization and Study of the Emergency Scheduling of Fentanyl Analogues Act (S. 3201).

Today the Judiciary Committee advanced the Reauthorizing Security for Supreme Court Justices Act (S. 2511), introduced by Chairman @LindseyGrahamSC and @SenatorSinema.

The bill would provide permanent additional security for U.S. Supreme Court Justices.
@LindseyGrahamSC @SenatorSinema “I am very pleased that the Judiciary Committee passed legislation I introduced with Senator Sinema that would authorize Supreme Court Police to carry firearms outside the grounds of the Supreme Court to protect our Justices," said Chairman @LindseyGrahamSC.

By the end of fiscal 2019, almost 1 million people had entered the US illegally.
Over 600,000 of them were either individuals within a family unit or unaccompanied minors—both vulnerable populations that often arrived sick and required more care than #BorderPatrol was set up to provide.

House bill #HR3351 says "the voter shall have the option to mark his or her ballot by hand." That's good. That's what the majority of cybersecurity experts recommend.
2/6 HOW NOT TO SET GUIDELINES FOR VOTING SYSTEMS
Senate bill #SecureElectionsAct sets up a panel of "independent experts on #ElectionSecurity" then fills it with ppl who are NOT #security experts. If you have to have heart surgery - do you want a surgeon or a hospital admin?
3/6 The #SecureElectionsAct has #bipartisan support, but contrary to current narrative it is NOT less intrusive to states - just less effective. It still sets up standards - but instead of specific ones, they are undefined & will be determined later by a panel of non-security ppl

One would assume this will not pass the Senate tomorrow. It's unclear what will happen after that. The funding deadline is Friday night at midnight.
