It's the ability to exert conscious will over your automatic habits
It's looking at yourself in the mirror, after years of f*cking up, and you say to yourself "I'm not doing this anymore" and you DO something different

I'm always looking towards what's next, where can I improve, How can I become better?
This is a constant journey towards self improvement, while accepting who you are
