1 Another "Trump is nuts" article hit today. Of course he is nuts- part of his brain is missing & continues to vanish. Beware- focusing on his aberrant behavior & personality disorders invites a political debate. His supporters just dig their heels in & say they like his behavior
2 To open ppl's eyes, focus on:
1) His unrelenting deterioration. Frontotemporal dementia is a degenerative neurological disease. He's changing
2) His vast array of physical & behavioral symptoms. His balance, gait, speech & much more are all deteriorating

3 Trump presents a wide array of dementia symptoms- many w/ physical & functional impairment. This list has grown sequentially as symptoms appeared. Many more would be identified if he had a neurological exam at a top facility like the Mayo Clinic. He won't do it. Denial. Coverup 
4 Trump prob is a frustrating case for psychiatrists. He is observed, but won't be examined. He's Mount Everest w/o access. A mix of Cluster B personality disorders, impulsivity, criminality, perversion & more. Sadly, psychiatrists won't get a crack at him until he's too far gone
5 Trump can’t read a speech w/o slurring. He can't speak freely w/o fragments & repetition. He is losing his balance & dragging his feet- note scraping sound. Watch this worsen. It’s shameful for a non-neurologist hack to give him drugs to motorize him now. It could cause a fall
6 Trump is obviously getting a drug combo booster. Prob like Memantine/Levodopa/Zoloft. He had a massive drop off in the 90 minutes before his Baltimore speech. The walk from the chopper later was a wobbling stagger. The drugs don't help now- they gave a temp boost & now nothing
7 Why would we tolerate a drugged up president? Especially if the drugs were being used in a futile attempt to hide a degenerative neurological disease. Hit or miss drug dispensing is beyond unacceptable. More information is being developed about this. Does that sound cryptic?
8 There is a myth of Trump resilience. Ppl are intimidated by a decaying shell or cry "he won’t leave." Drop it. The impaired Trump you see today will be a shell of that in 14 months. He won't finish this term. I’ve watched people turn to rubble. Many of us have & so will you.

10 Ppl covering for Trump will end up w/ nothing. He will leave them all holding the bag. The few ppl who see him will say there’s nothing there when they try to talk to him. When he sees Ivanka/Melania now, he’s looking at his future legal guardian. He just doesn’t know it yet.
11 Everyone will see the truth. The truth is not dependent on an insider coming fwd. Trump’s condition worsens daily & tells us what we already know. Maybe it will be balance loss, gait issues or falling. Maybe it's total incoherence. There is no hiding when a brain is vanishing
